New Seafood has been in the business of supplying the finest shellfish
since 1956 and is now in its
third generation. We do not sell all species of fish because we take the
time to hand pick the freshest
seafood with a special emphasis on shellfish. Our supply base ranges from
the smallest one man operation
in remote locations to the largest “ocean farms” in our local waters.
Examples of our specialties are the finest
hard shell clams Connecticut has to offer, oysters such as Bluepoints,
Kumomoto, Beau Solie, Peconic Bay,
Totten Inlet, Calm Cove, Barron Point, or Belon, just to name a few. These
are just a sample of some of the
shellfish we sell. We can get any clam or oyster from anywhere in the
world and on a daily basis, we carry
5 species of clams, 15 species of oysters and 3 species of mussels. |
