SOHO's Tuna is supplied by the Citra Mina Seafood Group (CMSG), a
leading exporter of tuna and other seafood products based in General
Santos City, Philippines.
Unlike most tuna production and distribution companies, CMSG owns
and operates the entire process - from fishing, ice production, fish
port, grading, product research and development, processing and
packaging, ultra low freezing, and cold storing, all the way to
distribution by air or sea.
Tuna is highly migratory, but the Yellowfin Tuna comes to spawn,
without fail, in the warm and rich waters of the Celebes Sea,
immediately north of the company's base.
